Our group guitar workshops provide beginners with a musical foundation, using both traditional and popular styles. You’ll be introduced to the basic elements of rhythm and harmony, learning chords, simple strums, and tuning in a fun, relaxed setting, here in our vibrant Dimond/Fruitvale Oakland community gallery and music space.
Music is a wonderful outlet for a happier, healthier you. Our group guitar workshops are held 2x a week, on Tuesday and Saturday. The frequency is designed to increase your retention and accelerate your progress with double the weekly instruction and feedback over other group music classes. These workshops are also a great opportunity for people who would like to start guitar in a group setting, before making a moving up to private lessons.

*Student should provide their own guitar and tuner
*Minimum class size = 2 students /Maximum class size = 10 students
